CO2 Car

Here are a few photos of my CO2 car that I made in class it took me about three weeks to finish. I’ve called my car the terminator.

Raffle For A Ride

Today at school we had raffle for a ride. When I got to school I put my bag away and then I went out to the field. There were stock cars and motorbikes. The people that had been drawn out of the box for a ride were riding a around in stock cars and on motorbikes. After the roll was called we went back out to the field to see what other cars there were. Abby from our class had been drawn out of the box. She and a two of her friends got to ride in the More FM car.

We were all excited when the cars started to show up. There were Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s, police cars and fire trucks. There was even a helicopter! Once all the kids had gotten out of the cars we were allowed to go and look at them and sometimes get in them.

Always cut away from my hands and body.

Remain focused at all times.

Hold the knife firmly.

Cut with slow and steady movements.

Use 3cm of blade on my knife.

This Years CO2 Car

This year we are making CO2 cars My one is called the Machine I’m going to paint it gray and make it look like it’s made out of metal plates.

3x3x3x3x3=

3×3=9

3×9=27

27×3=81

81×3=243

There are no more threes to times the number by so it makes the answer 243.

Student Review

1) Did you achieve your goals this term?

I achieved two out of three goals, the two goals that I achieved were keeping my letters on the line and to make our production really good. The other goal was to make a movie for the Digi awards but we didn’t.

2) Highlights for this term were?

My highlight of the term was doing all the art that we did and learning the dance for production. Also I enjoyed doing math.

3) Your performance in production was? 

I think that I did Ok in production I knew all the moves and I was in time but I think that I could of done better.

4) Confidence. Creativity. Respect and time management. How did you go?

I worked as fast as I could to get my work done but sometimes things take longer for me. I loved doing the art this term we did Auckland skylines and All Blacks art.

5) In term 4 I am looking forward to?

I am looking forward to doing more math and art. hopefully we can win flags next term!
